DUES

Dues for 2024 are $344.00 for the year, collected in one annual payment.

• Every year, the HOA Board evaluates the financial picture for the coming year.  Sometimes it calls for a slight increase in the annual dues.  

• Typically, the invoices for annual dues are mailed or emailed approximately two weeks after the Annual Meeting.  They are due 30 days after receipt.

• Payment should be made and sent to Wilshire HOA, PO Box 2548, Woodinville, WA  98072 

• Zelle payments can be made to treasurer@wilshirehoa.net

• Financial data requests should be addressed to the HOA Board Treasurer.
