2017 Annual HOA Meeting Set

The 2017 Annual HOA Meeting will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 7:00 pm, at the residence of the Association president, Thom Fermstad.  His home is located at 16718 118th Ave NE.  Among the items to be discussed are CC& R violations, update on detention pond, house colors, dues, and rats.  Please make it a priority to attend this important meeting.
