Board Meeting minutes 7/26/10

David Murphy, Jill Galle, Ursula Burnham, Laurelee Graham and Christy Chang met on 7/26/10 at 7 pm at David Murphy's home.

Points of discussion:

1.  Landscaping was discussed.  Ursula will be creating a new contract for Paul Lucchese, our landscaper,

2.  Garage Sale: Agreed that it is probably best to coincide next year's community garage sale with Cherry Hill's.

3.  Retention Pond: Laurelee will follow up with the person with the city regarding this clean up issue.

4.  Doug Mangini has stepped down as president of the HOA. 

5.  Reminder to all homeowners to check with the Wilshire CCRs as you do homeowner updates including house painting, roofing, erecting fences and sheds and be mindful of the parking time limits of vehicles and boats.  Complete CCRs are listed on this web site.
