Annual Wilshire HOA Meeting

Our annual Homeowner's Meeting will be held on February 11, 2016 at the Fermstad residence, located at 16718 118th Ave NE.  Many items will be discussed, including elections (all board members have offered to stay on, if nobody else steps up), discussion of the crime in the area in the last year, updates on the erosion problems, and CC&R violations that have come to the attention of the board over the last year.  Please take part in this important part of being a neighborhood.
