We would like to increase communication and openness to create a great place to live.  To support this we will have an open floor at a board meeting.  This will be time for any homeowner or resident to join us in an open, professional, and friendly dialogue.  This is a great time to bring questions, feedback, or concerns.  One thing to remember is that if you have concerns, you need to come with suggestions on how to address them and plan on being part of the solution.  We also encourage you to come by and just say hello.

This month we are looking for additional feedback on the CC&R’s concerning boats in driveways and large vehicles parked in front of houses. Also, we are looking to see if there is interest in a HOA garage sale and a chair for this event.
